Access to the yougogogo database is exclusive to one person per account. Giving your login information to someone else to use is a violation of these Terms and subject to termination of your account with no compensation for any previous payment for service. We monitor data requested and can deduce mis-uses. Spouses sharing a single device are "one person" as far as we are concerned.
We put great time and effort into making sure that our maps are up-to-date and reliable. However, the directions and addresses we supply are "as-is," and we make no guarantees that they will be secure, safe, free from errors, nor that the site will always function without disruption, delays, inadequacies, or imperfections. To the extent permitted by law, we also DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Because of the nature of software and hardware problems, it is not always possible to predict issues that arise with this website. Accordingly, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and under no circumstance will we be liable to you for any lost profits, revenues, or consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the yougogogo site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the yougogogo site will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.
For any claim, cause of legal action, or dispute you have against us that arises out of or relates to these Terms or the yougogogo website, you agree that it will be resolved exclusively in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma or a state court located in Tulsa County. You also agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of either of these courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim, and that the laws of the State of Oklahoma will govern these Terms and any claim, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
